    Historic Bovaird House

    Built in 1840, the Historic Bovaird House is a great Canadian example of a Georgian-type farmhouse. A tour throughout the home reveals a plethora of period furniture, dating from 1850 to 1920. Visitors can participate in a variety of events, held at the house every year. The Carriage House Craft House has a variety of gift items by local artisans and Mossie's Tea Room offers agreat place for an afternoon cup of tea.

    Peel County Jail
    The Peel County Jail was constructed in 1867 and is now a part of the Peel Heritage Complex. The building was last used as a jail in 1977, and is now filled with colourful displays and exhibits. The building is also used as meeting and office space.
